Once you have selected your items you will need to choose your payment method.  Listed below are the methods we accept:

1. Credit Card through our secure server.  Simply follow the prompts and enter all your details.  If you would prefer to phone your credit card details through please select cheque and put 1111 as the cheque number.                              Phone us on 07 3366 0366 with your details.

2.  Cheque - If you choose this option we will post your goods once your cheque has been cleared.  If your cheque is not received within 7 working days your order will be cancelled.  Please advise us if you require more than 7 working days as we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

3.  Direct Deposit - Our bank details will be displayed when you choose this option.  Once payment is received in our bank account we will post your order.

4.  Money Order - We will post your order as soon as we receive your money order.  If your money order is not received within 7 working days your order will be cancelled.  Please advise us if you require more than 7 working days as we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Back Orders

We do our best to fill your order as soon as it is received.  Unfortunately, we may be out of stock on some items and in these instances we are more than happy to back order your items.  Please advise us if you do not require this service.

Postage

Our system is set up to automatically calculate the postage based on the weight of your order.  As you proceed through the checkout system you will be able to see the postage amount before you finalise your order.  The postage amount we charge is the same amount Australia Post charges us.  Orders over $100 will be freight free.  This does not apply to discounted items however.  Please note that your final total will still include postage when you go through checkout - please disregard this if your order is over $100.

Local Customers

If you live locally and would like to collect your order from our shop, please go through the ordering process and in the customer instructions section make a note that you will be picking your order up.  Please ignore the postage amount the system will quote you.  In the payment method section you can enter your credit card details if this is how you would like to pay, or if you will pay when you collect simply select cheque and key in 1111 as the cheque number.  We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.
